Gender Studies: advantages and disadvantages of being a beautiful woman?

I have always been envious of beautiful women. I came across this quote by St. Augustine and i wanted to know what it means. "Beauty is indeed a good gift of God; but that the good may not think it a great good, God dispenses it even to the wicked."
